Using music, movement, simple drawing, this workshop invites you to access the information, experiences, and emotions that are held in your body. 

Tapping into the ever present language of our body, learning to decipher its codes, to express without words, we find ways to reconnect with our magnificent somatic intelligence. Embodiment as a practice becomes an avenue for releasing traumas, old patterns and stories, and identifying our truest truth. Embodiment empowers and informs our decision making and helps us make changes which, anchored in our body, endure. 

Art or movement experience is not necessary. 

7 PM - 9 PM (please arrive at 6:45 to get settled in)
